3.1. Custom 101 Prints offers custom printing and embroidery services. You are responsible for ensuring that all designs, images, and text submitted for customization are accurate and free of errors.
3.2. By submitting designs, you represent and warrant that you have the right to use the content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.
3.3. We reserve the right to refuse any design that we deem inappropriate, offensive, or infringing on intellectual property rights.
4. Production and Shipping
4.1. Production times vary based on the complexity and quantity of the order. Estimated production times are provided at the time of order placement.
4.2. Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed. Custom 101 Prints is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control.
4.3. Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and the weight and dimensions of the package.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or incorrect due to our error.
5.2. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.
