Embroidery
We are converting an image into a machine embroidery file format with a super fast turnaround. Which is called Embroidery digitizing and logo digitization. Digitizing for Embroidery isn’t the same, just as converting one picture format to another. Instead of that, logo digitization converts any graphical shape into beautiful stitches embroidery digitizing for machines that can be placed on any fabric.

Standard turnaround time is 7 business days.
If you’d like to expedite your order, alternate productions & shipping options are available on a case-by-case basis.
Free order pickup is available at our Bronx , NY showroom– with this option, you will not be charged for shipping.
*Production time excludes shipping time & is dependent on quick mock approval from the customer.
Order Forms, artwork and merchandise must be complete prior to being put on production schedule.

Custom Screen Printing
We reserve the right on the following; We do NOT sell screens. Screens are a property of Custom 101 Prints. Please note screens are filed for 90 days after the order is completed. After 15 days screens are reclaimed/washed. To re-burn screens, after the 30 day period, there is a $10 per screen fee (add $10 for water base screens). $10 press set-up fee per screen for jobs within 90 days of initial order.

Garment Guidelines & Apparel Suggestions
- We only print on 100% Cotton Garments of any color. Lighter colors normally print better.
- White garments can be made of blends, or 100% Polyester, Although not recommended, Customer assumes the risk.
- No garment can be treated with a stain resistant/waterproofing chemical or fabric coating.
- Avoid products with more than a 1 X 1 rib fabric as fabric weave will affect print detail.
- Direct to Garment Printing uses water based inks, and thus no neon colors, no Pantone matching is possible.
- Varying dye lots of blank goods may affect print quality consistency in an order.
- Fleece must be a minimum of 90% cotton, we recommend Hanes Print Pro Fleece.
